Our Story
121TRD is the story of a professional team of specialists who came together with a shared goal: to provide specialized and practical solutions in international trade, import and export, and strategic management.
Our journey began with hands-on experience in trade and business and has evolved over time through the development of expertise in strategy, futures studies, organizational structure, and business processes. Today, we bring these experiences and areas of expertise together to help organizations and businesses better understand complex challenges, make more informed decisions, and identify new opportunities for growth and development.
2004–2011
The Beginning of Our Trade & Operations Journey
121TRD began its activities in 2004, entering the UAE market with a focus on the construction and contracting industries. During this period, we gained hands-on experience in sourcing and supplying materials, executing construction and interior design projects, and training operational teams.
Our involvement in the construction and outfitting of a water sports facility, along with the execution of hundreds of interior design projects, the supply of installation materials and equipment, and the training of tile and ceramic installers, marked some of 121TRD’s earliest experiences at the intersection of trade, sourcing, and execution.
2011–2019
Expanding Trade & Specialized Sourcing
From 2011, our activities entered a new phase following our return to Iran. Work in broadcasting and lighting projects for IRIB, direct imports of European products, and the sourcing of specialized equipment provided deeper insight into international procurement, supplier management, import processes, and the domestic market.
At the same time, our activities in stone and ceramic cutting tools and machinery continued. This experience gradually expanded 121TRD’s focus from project execution and product sourcing toward specialized trade and supply chain management.
2019–2023
Moving Toward Consulting & Strategy
From 2019, our focus gradually shifted from direct involvement in trade operations toward business consulting, strategic marketing, and market analysis. The hands-on experience we had gained over the previous years became the foundation for developing solutions that considered market conditions, suppliers, customers, risks, and operational constraints before decisions were made.
During this stage, 121TRD gradually evolved from a business focused on trade and sourcing into a team providing analytical and management consulting services.
2023–Present
Consulting, Strategy & Organizational Development
Today, 121TRD focuses on combining hands-on trade experience with management consulting, strategy, international trade, organizational process design, risk management, and organizational knowledge development. The goal at this stage is to turn the diverse experience gained over the years into practical frameworks that support better decision-making and effective execution — from analysis and solution design to training and the development of management tools.
In this way, 121TRD’s journey has continued from trade and execution toward analysis, consulting, and the design of integrated business solutions.

Some of these products were also designed and manufactured in-house.Since 2014, the company has also expanded into the smart home sector.
